"Mycorrhiza" and "Kejamhithe" - How do you pronounce them anyway?

If you, like me, have watched a few Mycorrhiza let’s plays then you might have noticed that there are two words where people’s pronunciation tends to vary: „Mycorrhiza“, the game’s title and „Kejamhithe“, the town the game takes place in.
That’s of course understandable since one is a technical term and the other is a fantasy name consisting of a foreign and an old word. And consistent pronunciation isn’t a big deal for me anyways, but I figured some might appreciate knowing how these words are pronounced.

Mycorrhiza:

Mycorrhiza is a term that comes from biology and describes an usually mutually beneficial relationship between plant roots and fungi. You can read up about it over here: https://biologydictionary.net/mycorrhizae/

So, how is it pronounced? Well, here’s a great video featuring different people pronouncing the term:

Kejamhithe:

This one’s a bit more difficult since it features the Indonesian word „Kejam“ and the Anglo-Saxon word „hithe“.

Kejam means something like „cruel“ or „ruthless“. Phonetic spelling: \kəd͡ʒam\

Hithe means something like a landing place/small port for ships.
Phonetic spelling: /hʌɪð/

I hope this helps those who are interested in knowing how to pronounce these two words. I totally don’t mind people mispronouncing them, though. To be honest, it was really fun seeing people struggling to figure out how to say them.
